I got to this article from reddit somehow. It's based on habit changing and putting them into effect everyday. I've found it really useful so far. The most useful part is the excel/google doc to track how well you are doing with the big green or red bars. It's best to set it up so that if you put a 1 in the block it turns green automatically and red if it's a 0. I add up my total score every day and it has been surprisingly effective.
